Every source your team uses.
One AI that can change them.
Proxyma indexes your files, websites, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint and more, and keeps them in sync. Its agent searches across all of them, answers with citations, and — when you ask — comments on the ticket, updates the page, opens the pull request. Run it on your laptop, or on one server for the whole company with SSO and roles.
Your documents are indexed where you run Proxyma, and never uploaded to us.

The product
More than a search box
Proxyma indexes what you already have, then gives an AI agent the tools to work with it — reading, cross-referencing, and writing back to the systems your team lives in.
Which open bugs in PROJ mention the trap handler? Run /safety-review on them.

The agent searches, reads, then does the work - including writing back to Jira and Confluence.

Why Proxyma
Your knowledge, and an agent that can use it.
One hub, always in sync
Connect files, websites, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint and more. Proxyma indexes every source once and then keeps it in sync on its own schedule.
Knowledge scattered everywhere
Answers split across Confluence, Jira, shared drives, and chat history — you context-switch tools just to find what you need.
Hybrid search that understands meaning
Semantic search finds what you mean even in different words. Keyword search catches exact matches. Both run together on every query.
Keyword search that misses context
Without the exact phrase, the right document stays buried. Intent and synonyms are invisible to plain keyword search.
An agent that does the work
It does not just find the ticket. It reads the linked pages, cross-references the code, then comments, transitions the issue or opens the pull request - through your own credentials, with your permissions.
Answers you then have to act on
A chatbot hands you a paragraph and a link. Every update, every comment, every status change is still yours to do by hand, in another tab.
Private by design
Everything runs on your own infrastructure - your laptop, or your own server. Nothing is uploaded to us. Run a local model and no document content leaves the machine at all.
Cloud upload = compliance risk
Sending internal docs to cloud AI creates data exposure and compliance issues your security policy cannot allow.
How it works
From a folder to an answer in minutes
Three steps. No cloud upload, no config files, no command line.

Choose your AI
Run a model locally with Ollama at no cost, or add your own key for Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure, DeepSeek, Mistral or Gemini. Tune retrieval in the same place.
Resources
Connect your sources
Point Proxyma at files or a website, or connect Confluence, Jira, SharePoint and the rest. Indexing starts immediately, with live progress per source.

Ask, and let it act
Ask in plain language. Proxyma searches your sources, answers with citations, and - when you ask it to - writes the result back into the tools your team already uses.
Privacy
Your documents stay on your own infrastructure
Proxyma indexes your content where you run it — your files stay exactly where they are, and nothing is ever uploaded to us. The embeddings and search indexes live on your own machine or your own server.
You choose the AI model. With the default local model, no document content leaves the machine at all. If you configure a cloud provider instead, only your question and the few excerpts needed to answer it are sent to it — never your document library, and never to us.

A licence does not include AI credits. Proxyma runs a local model (Ollama) at no cost, or connects to Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Mistral, Azure OpenAI or Google using your own account. Usage on those services is billed by them, directly to you.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. They handle VAT and sales tax at checkout, issue your invoice, and appear as the merchant on your card statement. Refunds and billing questions go to them; see the Terms of Service.
14-day refund, anywhere in the world — no reason needed. Better still, try Community free first; it is not a time-limited demo.
Each licence covers one installation and is a one-time purchase - no subscription, no renewal. By downloading and using Proxyma you accept the End User License Agreement.
