Payment processing
Proxyma Community is free. The Personal ($49 one-time per installation) and Professional ($199 one-time per installation) tiers are sold via Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC, United States), the Merchant of Record. Direct billing inquiries and invoice questions to Lemon Squeezy via lemonsqueezy.com. To request a refund, email contact@proxyma.ai as the Terms of Service describe; Lemon Squeezy processes the refund. Enterprise licensing is negotiated directly; contact contact@proxyma.ai for pricing.
Dispute resolution (EU)
EU consumers can contact their national European Consumer Centre.
Our contact address for dispute resolution is contact@proxyma.ai. We are willing to consider participating in dispute resolution proceedings case by case, but are not obliged to do so through any specific consumer arbitration board.
